Hi, I'm Sara!

I'm the Founder of Playful Awareness and Wonder Woman Coaching, two life coaching businesses with separate niches (divorce, blended family/ADHD and body image/gut health/imperfections respectively.  You can read more about my life coaching services by checking each company's website.

Since 2008, I've been performing poetry across the US and have learned some badass tips about performing and overcoming imposter syndrome.  Did I mention I've written 3 books and am under contract for #4?  This is all after refusing to share my poetry with anyone for 20 years because my 4th-grade English teacher told me I would never be a poet because my poetry did not rhyme or use iambic pentameter.
